Autumn in Abramtsevo

And there it is again: golden autumn on the banks of the Vorya in the Abramtsevo estate.
Its sunny, warm, and transparent. The surface of the water is almost motionless and reflects the riot of autumn colors. So many shades of yellow!
Its a great moment to stand on the shore with a portable easel and just learn from nature how to handle yellow.
Such days are already short, but they provide new inspiration.
The work was done in the plein air, but then it waited a quite long time for the moment when the author would put the finishing touches and put the signature.
