LIPATOV ALEXANDER IVANOVICH



Lipatov Alexander Ivanovich (born January 3, 1957 in the village of Atrat, Chuvash ASSR) is a Russian painter, a member of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia and the International Federation of Artists. Lives and works in Stavropol

higher education.

In 1975 he graduated from the drawing courses at the Khabarovsk Polytechnic Institute, in 2003 he graduated from the Nevinnomyssk State Institute of Continuous Professional Education and received the qualification of an engineer-teacher with a degree in Vocational Training.
