A moment of nature

Is there a place for silence in the world? To hear the sun reflected in a raindrop on a leaf? To feel a moment of communion with the Light. To align your breathing and pulse, to wonder at peace?
Why is this? For what benefit? Why do we need to feel sound and hear Light?
