Nikolay Raybats is most of all known as the painter of mountain landscapes. He was born in Tyrnyauz among high mountains where the blue sky seems a tiny drop. All childhood he dreamed to see the horizon, but for this purpose it was necessary to rise uphill, therefore from 17 years he has begun to engage in mountaineering. He has made many ascensions, became the candidate for the Master of Sports in rock-climbing. On his canvas he with love represents those peaks which he conquered.
