December Nocturne

December brought joy to the soul, -
Its gotten a little warmer in the kingdom of dreams,
I went outside the fence again,
with a sketchbook. Without many words,

I go to where the snow drifts are -
I am greeted with whiteness,
where the forest is silent and empty -
he’s already delirious, as if it’s spring.

Walking makes me feel both happy and hot,
winter seems to be passing by,
and the sun is shining in the sky - bright,
Birch trees are blinding with their bark.
