Chashma-Ayub Mausoleum

In a legend it is told, that in those days when yet there was no city of Bukhara, to these places there has arrived bible prophet Job. Year was droughty, and inhabitants died of thirst. They have addressed to "sacred" for the help. Job has struck the staff about the earth, and from it has hammered in a key of cold water. From here and the monument name - Chashma-Ayub, that means Jobs spring-well
