Adam and Eve

"Before Sin. Light Before Darkness"
They stand on the edge of the world, not yet knowing what shame, evil, fear or death are. Adam and Eve, the first people, woven from light, not from flesh. Their bodies do not know heaviness - they breathe like a candle flame, purely and freely.
In this world, everything is still one: sky and sea, man and nature, movement and rest. No sin - means no separation.
On the left is a flowering bush, the living breath of Paradise.
On the right is a dead tree, crooked and silent. This is a symbol of death that has not yet come, but has already been inscribed in the landscape.
This is a painting about the moment before the fall, about that silence where it was still possible to remain in the light.
The work is done in a free, impressionistic manner, with expressive brushstrokes that convey movement and light. The painting radiates calm, peace and a sense of the beginning of a new life.
I will send it packed in a foam box. Or I can remove it from the stretcher and send it in a tube.
