Weekend Stroll

Before I picked up the brush, I spent 30 years researching the nature of color and light, through my profession as a doctor of physics, and one of the inventors of a new science - laser and non-linear optics. At 53 years of age, I left the world of science and became a free artist.
Using this understand of color and light allowed me to create a world of art with surprising color spots, contrasts, and reflections. My paintings are textured. This style can be interpreted as Lyrical Impressionism.
More than 1000 paintings later, of which over 500 have been sold to all corners of the world, let’s me know that my second life has worked…
