The construction of the Tsaritsyn palace complex by the architect Bazhenov began with the Figured bridge, which was the main entrance. On the bridge itself passes an alley leading to the imperial palaces. Tall towers and lancet openings give the bridge the appearance of a fortress.
Sun glare through the summer greens make it especially picturesque.
