Pine and Church in the monastery of St. Nicholas

The monastery of St. Nicholas in the Bulgarian town of Magliz. A study from nature. I dont know what thing I was inspired much at the time of painting: austere simplicity of the ancient temple or the mighty essence of the pine-tree growing near. However, other pines, firs, larches in the walls of the monastery was not inferior to it in beauty and fullness of there own life.
