The building was built in the style of "Russian patterned". One of the last large tent temples in the history of Russian architecture. After the construction of the temple was completed, in 1653, Patriarch Nikon stopped the construction of tent churches in Russia.
The painting was painted for the exhibition "White", held in February-March this year in the exhibition hall of the library of the Timiryazev Academy.
