Lions bridge is light, weightless
Everyone knows the theatergoers.
Lions hold your ropes in their teeth
And sunrises are greeted like that, and sunsets.
Every day for almost two hundred years
Leaving a trace on that bridge,
Pedestrians are passing by
Waving to the lions and disappearing...
Lions shake their manes in response,
The lions want to send their hello to everyone
From centuries past to a new day,
Where from the former only a shadow is visible ...
