Kharchenko Ivan

Biography

Born in the Kuban region in 1960.
In childhood Ivan started to draw with chalk on the floor, then studied at the boarding school for deaf children and was already interested in drawing.
Graduated from decoration Department of the Polytechnic College in Pavlovsk, Leningrad region and has long worked as a designer at the foundry of KAMAZ, and even got 1st prize in the competition of the political poster.
Since 1998, Ivan became a freelance artist working in a variety of genres. Active participant of exhibitions organized by the Association of deaf artists of Russia. Some of his works have found their place in private collections in China, Germany and the USA. The winner of the International award "Philanthropist" for outstanding achievements of invalids in culture and art 2016.
