The painting depicts a scene with a small lake shrouded in thick fog. The fog covers the surrounding trees, which look like ghostly silhouettes. It spreads over the water. In general, the whole scene looks somewhat mystical.
At such moments, you just stop and stare. It feels like not only nature, but time itself has stopped. And the author tried to reflect this state of unreality and mystery on the canvas.
The painting can be hung on the wall without a frame; the image is continued at the ends. A copy of it is offered in the same design, with the transition of the image to the ends and the formation of relief on the canvas.
