VICTOR BORMOV

Victor Bormov is an artist who creates intricate wooden sculptures by implementing unique techniques and magnificent forms.

He was born is Russia, in 1955, and grew up in Siberia. Currently, Mr. Bormov resides with his family in the South of Russia near the Caucasus Mountains. Victor Bormov is a member of the Association of Designers of Russia, the Russian Association of Creative Artists and the International Federation of Artists.

Laborious wood carvings by Victor Bormov are exclusive and extraordinary in style works of art. Graceful compositions from linden and poplar woods are fulfilled with a philosophical sense and esoteric ambiguity. Radiant and harmonic sculptures from alder and oak woods fascinate with elegant lines. Bormov’s astonishing sculptures are versatilely carved out of a solid piece of wood revealing the natural texture and color of the wood.
