Piligrims

The word "pilgrim" comes from the Latin word "palmarius", a palm-bearer, that is, a person holding a palm branch. The inhabitants of Jerusalem greeted Jesus with palm branches. Pilgrimage to holy places is always associated with overcoming difficulties, serious concentration on the process, realizations and insights and an invariable "reward" at the end of the journey. The work is made from an experiment with collage, initially it was a monotype on tracing paper, then it was worked on to this plot, which, as it usually happens with me, manifested itself in the process of work.
