Eugene Badusev’s work primarily focuses on the beautiful nature and rich history of his homeland, Crimea. The artist uses several drawing and painting techniques, often combining up to 10 different art materials in a single piece. Many of Eugene Badusev’s works can be classified as geological landscapes with realistically depicted Crimean terrain, the surface of the mountains, stones, and rock formations.
A participant in several collective art shows, Eugene Badusev held his fist personal exhibition in 1999 (aged 23). His artworks have been picked “art of the day” on DeviantArt and Flickr more than once.
In December of 2022, Eugene Badusev became one of the participants of the first-of-its-kind experimental plein-air session deep in the vaults of the Tavrida Cave and the “Textures of Tavrida” art show.
Eugene Badusev’s paintings can be seen in private collections in Russia, Ukraine, USA, Israel and Western Europe.
