Sammer

The painting is made in a mixed technique. Summer seascape. In this work I wanted to convey the static hot landscape of the coast of Abkhazia. The bright sun is transmitted with the help of a contrasting shadow from the boat. the texture of the sea has a lot in common with the sky. The seascape is made in the technique of dry pastels on imprimatur. The acrylic lining is applied to pastel paper and pastel is applied on top.
In the distance there are two staffage figures that add romance to the work.
