She is a member of “Russia Painters Union”.
Graphic artist, painter.

The artist was born November 15, 1935 in the village of Koshki, Kuibyshev region, Russia. Studied at the Cheboksary art College and Moscow polygraphic Institute. Since 1957 she lives in the city of Tomsk. Since 1971 she actively involved in city, regional, zonal, republican, union and foreign exhibitions. She is a Member of the Union of artists of Russia from 1973. In 1984 she was awarded the honorary title "Honored artist of Russia". She taught at the Department of fine arts of Tomsk state university as assistant Professor. The decision of the Tomsk city council № 1164 dated 31.03.2009 Rozalia V. Panteleeva was awarded a medal "For merits before the Tomsk city".
