About a picture:

Having got into the wood, I unexpectedly found a tree on which branch the bark slice hung. It is interesting that the trees were different: on a fir-trees branch the scrap of a bark of a birch hung. In drawing it is similar to a mask of any troll who had temporarily hung up it on a knot.
