Biography
Alena Masterkova born and lives in Moscow. She graduated from the Moscow Theological University, faculty of monumental painting, as a mosaic artist. Since 2000, she has worked as a mosaic master and has created many mosaic icons for Orthodox churches in Moscow and other cities.
In 2016-2017, she was engaged in textile design, created a series of mock-ups of silk scarves for the brands La Moscovite and Unicornarte.
Since 2019, she has been mainly engaged in painting. Works in various techniques: watercolor, acrylic, oil.
