Nagorskaya Oksana

Biography

Oksana Nagorskaya was born in 1967. She graduated from the Novo-Altaisk Art College. She taught at art schools in Tomsk and studios in St. Petersburg. Her artistic credo is that art should be sweet, gentle, interior-oriented, cozy, and heartfelt.
