Fefelov Yuri Vladimirovich. Born in the Altai Territory, Biysk, on October 15, 1984.
Graduated from the Biysk Professional Lyceum No. 22 with a degree in Design and Product Innovation in 2003.
He also graduated from the V.M. Shukshin Biysk State University. He graduated with a degree in Fine Arts in 2009.
He participated in the city exhibition of creative youth "The Wind of Change" in Biysk in 2021.
