Sorochkin Vladimir

Biography

Vladimir Sorochkin, born in 1976, is an impressionist artist. He graduated from the F.A.Vasiliev Yalta Art School. Member of the Creative Union of Artists of Sevastopol and the Union of Russian Artists. Participant in the mosaic painting of St. Vladimir's Cathedral in Chersonesos during the reconstruction in 2024.

"Everything that I would like to say to the world, I express in my paintings, comprehending the truth through images and creating new worlds. After all, God is somewhere on the tip of the brush, and I never know which world I'll end up in while painting."

He is an active participant in art exhibitions, plein-airs and projects such as:
Exhibition at the Hermitage-Vyborg Exhibition Center;
Exhibition at the International Restoration Center of Rozhdestveno, Leningrad Region, on the Day of National Unity and the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God;
Charity auction in support of SVO in Sevastopol;
