Panchenko Igor

Biography

The artist Igor Panchenko was born in 1966 in Sukhumi. A professional artist (Sukhumi Art College, named after Chachba-Shervashidze), has been painting since the age of 6: "I remember paints diluted in jars, shaggy and stiff brushes with which I painted together with the rest of the children." About once every seven years radically changes the pictorial language. Now he sculpts complex textures on canvas into three-dimensional reliefs and applies acrylic on top. The works are held by private collectors all over the world.
