Biography

PONKRATOV Igor Vasilievich 1978 year of birth,
p. g. t. New Vodolaga, Kharkiv region.
Graduated from the Kharkiv Art College (1993 - 1998)
where he studied with Kiyansky Yu. I. Dyatlov Yu. L. Yelin V. Yu.
«2003 - 2008 received education at the Kharkiv Academy
of Design and Arts in the Department of Monumental Painting.
Teachers were: Gontarov V. N., Nosenkov V. N. Kotlyar,
E. Radomsky, Nogin R. Yu.
Since 2024, a member of the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation.
Since 2009, he lives and works in Belgorod, Russia.
Participant of personal and regional exhibitions.

The artist's motto, the most concise and comprehensive formula of his worldview, is infinity and harmony. His attitude towards the subject of his work: “We take beauty for granted, as an integral part of our lives. We are so accustomed to the forms that surround us, both large and small, that if they disappeared, we would not be able to live a single day.”
The author seeks himself in various techniques.
