Vladimir Petranov was born in 1962 in Pruzhany, Brest region.. In 1982 he graduated from Bobruisk Art College with a degree in "designer". Vystavlyalsya in Belarus, Poland and Switzerland. His works are in private and museum collections in countries of the former Soviet Union as well as abroad.
