Biography
Albert Anatolyevich Sytin was born in 1939 on the Volga River in the city of Volsk, Saratov region. He spent all his childhood and school years there. After graduating from high school in Volsk in 1956 with a silver medal, he entered the Leningrad Naval Engineering School in Pushkin. After graduating in 1961, he participated in the formation and development of the Soviet nuclear submarine fleet. He served for twelve years on nuclear submarines of projects 675 and 705 of the Northern Fleet. In 1975 he graduated from the Leningrad Naval Academy. After graduation, he was engaged in research and teaching activities in Leningrad on the creation and development of new nuclear deep-water stations and on the training of their crews. Since childhood, he has been engaged in fine arts. Even during his military service, he participated in exhibitions of professional Leningrad artists. In 1976 he became a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR.He actively participated in the creative and social life of the Leningrad branch of the Union of Artists of the USSR. More than 15 solo exhibitions have been held. Some works were purchased by the Ministry of Culture and Museums of Leningrad. Also, the works of Albert Anatolyevich Sytin are in private collections.
