Biography
Soroka Anna was born on April 9, 1980 in the city of Magnitogorsk, graduated from the art and graphic department of Magnitogorsk State University, from 2002 to 2006, teachers at the Magnitogorsk State University (department of painting), in 2004-2005. at the Omsk State Pedagogical University (Department of Painting, Department of Methods of Teaching Fine Art), in 2006 she defended her thesis on the methodology of teaching fine art.
Successfully combining creative work with pedagogical activity, Anna Soroka from 2006-2016. worked at the Institute of Fine and Decorative Arts of Togliatti State University, headed the Department of Fine Arts, currently works at the Volga Region Academy of Education and Arts (Department of Fine Arts).
The work of Soroka Anna inherits the traditions inherent in Russian realism, of course, reflecting the inner world of the artist. The author pays special attention to the still life genre, in which a large number of works are distinguished by internal development from a calm and balanced composition and color integrity to works in which dynamics and color stress and color expressiveness gradually increase. Themes of Anna's still lifes reflect the contrast and versatility of the author, an attempt to convey the diversity of our world through the beauty and harmony of the things around us.
The theme of "Flowers" is also a basic theme in the work of the author. Admiring the uniqueness and grace of natural, plant forms, Anna uses color contrasts in her works, enriching the palette with color and tonal nuances, with great love conveying all the charm and harmony of colors composed in expressive bouquets. Anna's still lifes are filled with special poetry, tenderness, calm inner beauty. Anna Soroka is a participant in city, regional and national exhibitions, the author's works are in private collections in Russia and abroad (France, Serbia, Germany and other).
Anna Soroka is a member of the Creative Union of Russian Artists.
