Biography
Irina Pronina is a professional Russian artist living in Moscow, Russia. She graduated from the Higher School of Folk Arts and is a master of silk painting. For several years after graduating from the institute, she created artworks on silk, but in the last few years she focused on watercolor painting. Inspired by nature, its images and beauty, Irina creates paintings with floral compositions, as well as landscapes.
Nature is a tireless source of inspiration! Its imagery, the diversity and individuality - all of this is Irina seeks to capture in her paintings. Landscapes of native places at different times of the year are a source of inspiration for Irina's paintings.
Watercolor is currently the main material in painting. The possibilities of this material, the dynamism and beauty of the iridescence inspire the creation of new paintings. Most of Irina's watercolors are modern impressionism. Irina also creates graphic works and works in mixed media. As a student, she participated in exhibitions within the creative association, and recently began to show her artworks again at exhibitions in Russia and other countries, as well as in online projects.
Now Irina is a full-time artist. Her original, signed artworks are in private collections throughout Russia, Great Britain, USA and other countries. Irina sells not only ready-made artworks, but also custom-made artworks.
She constantly creates new artworks for sharing her love of painting with peolple.
