Pimkina (Mar) Elena Anatolyevna was born on June 16, 1960 in Rostov-on-Don. Graduated from the Oryol State Institute of Arts and Culture, Oryol Art College. Member of the Union of Journalists of Russia, member of the Union of Writers of Russia, freelance artist. Participant of All-Russian, regional, personal exhibitions. His works are in private collections in Russia, USA, England, Poland, Germany.
Prefers a mixed technique of execution, which allows you to embody unusual ideas. Writes music. Loves abstraction, impressionism, expressionism realism, surrealism. The images in her paintings are often divorced from the real ones. A separate niche in creativity is flower plots drawn in watercolor without nature, intuitively. Therefore, flowers are philosophical and filled with psychedelic motifs, as if they came to the artist from dreams.
