Biography

Good afternoon, dear friends! My name is Nadezhda. I was born in 1970 in Krasnodar city. In 1990 I graduated from the University of Industrial Aesthetics with a degree in a field of Fashion Design. My love for drawing started in childhood. As long as I can remember, I have always been drawing. But I started drawing at the considerably serious level not long ago. I draw mostly in a realistic painting style with oil paints. However I also really like the style of impressionism. I prefer the art genres of still life and landscapes. Mother Nature and everyday common things do inspire me. My artistic task is to catch the viewer’s attention and draw it to the beauty of nature, this wonderful and harmonious world that surrounds us, and relay to the viewer the feeling of quiet, yet deep joy, peace and pleasure that I scoop from the process of painting. I will be very happy if my work inspires someone to create something beautiful, and if it pushes to action! My motto is: I get up early in the morning and give thanks for everything! I want to make the world more beautiful and therefore I create!
