Biography
Artist Ekaterina Lukyanova
Born in Moscow in 1969, she is the third generation in a family of artists.
She graduated from the Serov Moscow Art School.
A graduate of the V.I. Surikov Moscow State Academic Art Institute.
She completed an internship at the Creative Workshops at the Russian Academy of Arts (equivalent to a postgraduate program).
From 1999 to 2025, she taught watercolor painting at the Sergei Andriaka School of Watercolor.
There, she also taught a porcelain painting workshop for 10 years.
She has participated in over 200 exhibitions,
19 of which were solo.
The exhibitions have been held at venues such as the Manege in Moscow and the Manege in St. Petersburg, the Moscow Kremlin, the Central House of Artists, the New Tretyakov Gallery, Kuznetsky Most, and in many regions of Russia.
She has also designed and executed numerous mural projects in private and public spaces.
Member of the Moscow Union of Artists.
The artist writes articles for professional art magazines.
Her works are in private and museum collections in Russia and abroad.
