Biography

KURSKOV SVJATOSLAV

Was born in Saratov on March, 4th, 1950
Higher education. In 1972 has finished the Saratov State university, chemical faculty.
In 1976 has finished postgraduate study at Institute of Chemical Physics АН the USSR/CHernogolovka/.
In 1981 has protected the master's thesis in the Himiko-institute of technology of D.I.Mendeleeva/Moskva/.
In 1983 has received a speciality of the artist-designer at the Saratov Polytechnical Institute/VNIITE/.
In 1992 the oil pastel first in Russia is invented and patented and the patent for the invention (the patent of the Russian Federation №2135538), this pastel is taken out and became favourite technics of the author and of some artists of Saratov and other cities. Sphere of art interests – postvanguard realism, the basic technics – the oil pastel invented and patented by the author on special тонированной surfaces, and also oil, a water colour, a dry pastel.
There are creative works in design of badges, emblems, medals, trade marks, posters, stained-glass windows, and also joint participation in creation of mosaic works.
It is created about 500 works as oil and over 3000 graphic works in an oil and dry pastel, a water colour, gouache and the mixed technicians.
Repeatedly took part in personal and group art exhibitions in cities – Saratov, Engels, Moscow, the Hot Key, Chernogolovka.
A number of picturesque and graphic works is in frequent meeting at collectors of Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Riga, Tashkent, Donetsk, Makeyevka, Novosibirsk, Ivanovo, Irkutsk, Kiev, Kazan, Alma-Ata, Saratov, Engels, Chernogolovki, Kokchetav, Samarkand, and also - in private collections of Germany, the USA, Italy, Israel, Spain and in museums of Russia and the USA.
