Timergaliev Rais Karimovich
Member of the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation.
Born in Kazan - September 15, 1963, in a family of builders.
  -I studied at the school from 1974-1979. in the city of Zelenodolsk.
- Graduated from the School named after Feshin in Kazan from 1980-1984.
-In 1997 He graduated from the Academy of Arts. Repin, workshop of V.V. Sokolov.
Lives and works in St. Petersburg.
