Patience

I have called this painting "Patience", it is special & unusual for my works.
For several years, while working on my collection called "Magic Carpets" I was using sandpaper as a wipe of paints on canvas to give it the effect of antiquity. Thus, I have collected a lot of pieces of this paper, of different colors. One day I laid out some of these pieces and made a composition out of them. I liked this experiment & decided to transfer this to canvas & fix all the elements with glue. The process of installation took a very long time because I had to do it by parts & make the overall composition balanced in color. After a long, hard & painstaking work I was able to complete this experiment.
Patience is all I needed to get this job done. A lot of pieces had been involved in creating beautiful a magic collection were concentrated here.
