Her creative work is of a paramount importance for Katherine Goncharova. The idea that emerges as one gazes at her art is that everything in this world is in intrinsic interaction in the Universum. Every image in her creative work is marked with a holistic approach, characteristic of a child’s perception of the world around.
Openness and sensuality permeate every part of Katherine’s works forming, together with ‘lightness’, if not ‘transparence’, her unique artistic medium. While the manifested and unerring graphic line creates a certain plot of her drawing, it is accompanied by an elaborate scheme of tints and shades to add to the artistic impression. All these make her works easily recognizable.
