Bykov Sergey

Biography

Bikov Sergei was born in 1959 in Moscow.

Studied in Moscow Average Art School at the Surikov Moscow State Art Institute. In 1986-Surikov institute (workshop prof. V.G.Tsyplakova). Since 1986 he has worked in Combine of picturesque art in Moscow. Bikov Sergei is a participant of exhibitions in Russia and abroad.

The works are in private collections in Russia, Germany, Yugoslavia, the USA, etc. Now lives and works in Moscow.

The author considers, that the composition and figure are irreplaceable base of painting, he took pat in determining all build works. The them of the work is the inner world of Russian people, their life in unity with the nature. The author is also interested in life of Pomorze Russian North, his architecture and history.
