Biography
Born in Yartsevo town of Smolensk area on 13 October 1935. Since 1946 lives and works in Pavlovsky Posad of Moscow Region.
1964 – graduated the Moscow Art School of Memory of 1905. Professors: Bykanova N., Schitov A., Sahanov A.
1970 – defended the diploma of art-graphic faculty MGZPI with distinction. Professors: Modorov F., Smirnov G., Laktionov A.
Member of the Painters’ Union of Russia. Genres of painting: rural landscape, city landscape, portraits. Fedorenkov is well-known for his beautiful landscape paintings. He is one of the few best Russian artists who is able to give the snow, sky and water colours as they are.
Participant of several regional, local and national exhibitions including the All-Union exhibition of 1972 in Manezh devoted to the 50th Anniversary of USSR formation.
Personal expositions took place in Pavlovsky Posad (1995, 1997-1999, 2003-2005, 2008-2010), London (1996) and Moscow (2005).
Paintings are presented in Fund of Cultural Ministry of Republic Kareliya, Museum of Dostoevsky in St.-Petersburg, Trinity-Sergiev Lavra, Saint-Savior Cathedral, Valaam monastery, in regional and local museums, private and personal collections in USA, Great Britain, Canada, Korea, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Finland and other countries.
